The zodiac is a traditional system originating in ancient China, used to mark the passage of years through twelve symbolic animals.
The year 2024 corresponds to the Dragon. For this commission, I created ten dragon paintings using the egg tempera technique, exploring the dragon as both a cultural symbol and a contemporary image.
